都可能(neng)(neng)使機器無常(chang)工作。液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)自身(shen)調節(jie)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)有故障(zhang)(zhang),可能(neng)(neng)是(shi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)調節(jie)器或者控制信(xin)號油(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)出現(xian)故障(zhang)(zhang)所致。排(pai)除故障(zhang)(zhang)的(de)方(fang)法是(shi),根據上述分析,依(yi)次進(jin)行(xing)了(le)相應(ying)的(de)檢(jian)查(cha)。大家知道,如果(guo)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)有故障(zhang)(zhang),不能(neng)(neng)再輕易在啟動(dong)發動(dong)機,因為那樣就(jiu)有可能(neng)(neng)造成(cheng)某些液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)部件進(jin)一步地損壞,從而污染整(zheng)個液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。故首先檢(jian)查(cha)了(le)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油(you)箱的(de)油(you)位(wei),發現(xian)油(you)位(wei)正常(chang);進(jin)而取出液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油(you)箱中的(de)主回油(you)濾(lv)芯(xin)以(yi)及殼體泄油(you)濾(lv)芯(xin)和先導油(you)濾(lv)芯(xin),并逐(zhu)一剖開檢(jian)查(cha),看是(shi)否有銅屑等異(yi)物,檢(jian)查(cha)結果(guo)是(shi)3個濾(lv)清器均正常(chang)。于是(shi),裝上新的(de)濾(lv)芯(xin),啟動(dong)發動(dong)機并以(yi)怠(dai)速(su)運轉,傾聽液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)的(de)聲音,結果(guo)液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)并無異(yi)響;再測量(liang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),得到(dao)主安全閥的(de)溢流壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)為34.3MPa,即系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)正常(chang)。因此,可排(pai)除液(ye)(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)出現(xian)機械(xie)損壞的(de)結論。
重新設(she)置功率(lv)(lv)模式(shi)于重載模式(shi),試(shi)機(ji),動作(zuo)依然緩(huan)慢,以此可(ke)以排除因功率(lv)(lv)模式(shi)設(she)置不正確而出(chu)現(xian)故(gu)(gu)障的(de)可(ke)能(neng)原因。測試(shi)先(xian)導壓力,其值為4.1MPa,屬正常。因此,可(ke)以排除先(xian)導系(xi)(xi)統(tong)出(chu)現(xian)故(gu)(gu)障的(de)可(ke)能(neng)性。于是,驗(yan)證電子控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)是否出(chu)現(xian)故(gu)(gu)障。此故(gu)(gu)障的(de)判斷方法比較簡單(dan),因為系(xi)(xi)統(tong)上(shang)(shang)設(she)置有(you)手(shou)動備用開關(guan)(guan),當主控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)或監(jian)控(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)現(xian)問題時,將(jiang)備用開關(guan)(guan)扳至手(shou)動位(wei)(wei)置,可(ke)使機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi)繼續工作(zuo)。按(an)上(shang)(shang)述(shu)方法操作(zuo)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)(qi),結果動作(zuo)依然緩(huan)慢。故(gu)(gu)可(ke)初步認為主控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)正常;后又將(jiang)開關(guan)(guan)反扳回自動位(wei)(wei)置,再(zai)檢驗(yan)主控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)上(shang)(shang)的(de)3個(ge)發光二(er)極管(guan),見(jian)3個(ge)二(er)極管(guan)均為綠光,再(zai)次證明主控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)以及主控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)與監(jian)控(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)之間的(de)通信線路正常。卡(ka)特彼勒公司的(de)挖掘機(ji)上(shang)(shang)監(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)有(you)很強的(de)自檢及數據記憶(yi)功能(neng)。
因此(ci),我們(men)可以(yi)通過(guo)(guo)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)了(le)解其(qi)他(ta)電(dian)子元件的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai)和(he)數(shu)據,從(cong)而判斷它(ta)們(men)工作是(shi)(shi)否正常(chang)。從(cong)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)上輸入密碼(ma)后,進入卡特彼(bi)勒(le)的(de)維(wei)修(xiu)模式,先(xian)檢(jian)查(cha)稆種開(kai)(kai)關的(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai),結果(guo)表明各(ge)種開(kai)(kai)關均(jun)處(chu)于正常(chang)狀(zhuang)態(tai)位置;然后檢(jian)查(cha)發動機額定轉(zhuan)速以(yi)及泵在(zai)主安全閥(fa)(fa)泄流時(shi)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)顯(xian)示(shi)這項(xiang)數(shu)據為(wei)1800r/min和(he)34.3MPa,均(jun)為(wei)正常(chang)值;檢(jian)查(cha)比(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)減速壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)變(bian)化范圍,在(zai)正常(chang)的(de)操作過(guo)(guo)程中,監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)顯(xian)示(shi)比(bi)(bi)(bi)便減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)變(bian)化范圍為(wei)3.2~0.76MPa,即比(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)變(bian)化正常(chang)。再查(cha)盾現(xian)實故障(zhang)代碼(ma)和(he)以(yi)前記錄(lu)的(de)故障(zhang)代碼(ma),監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)均(jun)未顯(xian)示(shi)何故障(zhang)代碼(ma),至此(ci)可以(yi)肯定,問題(ti)不是(shi)(shi)出(chu)在(zai)電(dian)子控(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統。最后,檢(jian)查(cha)液壓(ya)(ya)泵自身(shen)調節系統。其(qi)上、下泵的(de)調節器(qi)是(shi)(shi)分開(kai)(kai)的(de)。
通過(guo)對左、右單(dan)邊行走的(de)(de)測(ce)試表時(shi)均(jun)存在(zai)問題,由于兩泵(beng)(beng)調(diao)節(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)均(jun)出(chu)現故障的(de)(de)可能性較(jiao)小,我(wo)們先將其放在(zai)一(yi)(yi)邊,從外(wai)部(bu)著看查起。液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)(beng)調(diao)節(jie)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)部(bu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)信(xin)號(hao)有兩個:一(yi)(yi)個取自(zi)主控(kong)(kong)閥(fa)中心油道的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力PN,上、下泵(beng)(beng)各(ge)一(yi)(yi);另一(yi)(yi)個是來自(zi)同時(shi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)上、下泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)比(bi)例減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力PS。先分(fen)(fen)別測(ce)量上、下泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力PN值(zhi),得到(dao)當主控(kong)(kong)閥(fa)中位時(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力為4.07MPa,無(wu)論有任何一(yi)(yi)下動作,PN即下降為0.35MPa,PN值(zhi)正常。再測(ce)量PS值(zhi),雖(sui)然(ran)已經(jing)(jing)通過(guo)監控(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)已查看到(dao)了PS值(zhi)的(de)(de)變化范圍(wei),且其壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力變化值(zhi)正常,但這并不一(yi)(yi)定準(zhun)確(que),因(yin)為比(bi)例減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)上并沒有壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力傳感器(qi)(qi)(qi)直接給主控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)經(jing)(jing)信(xin)號(hao)輸入,監控(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)顯示的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力值(zhi)是主控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)通過(guo)對比(bi)例減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥(fa)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號(hao)經(jing)(jing)分(fen)(fen)析轉換(huan)而成的(de)(de)、也就(jiu)是說。
此(ci)(ci)壓(ya)(ya)力值對(dui)(dui)應(ying)主控制器(qi)(qi)對(dui)(dui)比(bi)(bi)例(li)(li)減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)輸出(chu)電流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)強弱。為此(ci)(ci),在(zai)泵體上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)PS壓(ya)(ya)力側點接上(shang)(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力表,啟動發動機并作(zuo)(zuo)正常操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo),壓(ya)(ya)力表的(de)(de)(de)指針始終是1.2MPa左(zuo)右。這(zhe)表明比(bi)(bi)例(li)(li)減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)(de)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)芯已被(bei)卡住,不(bu)能根據主控制器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)信號大小而移動,因而說(shuo)明故(gu)障(zhang)就在(zai)比(bi)(bi)例(li)(li)減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)上(shang)(shang)。更換(huan)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)例(li)(li)減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),并在(zai)監控器(qi)(qi)上(shang)(shang)對(dui)(dui)新(xin)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)進(jin)行(xing)校正,重新(xin)對(dui)(dui)機器(qi)(qi)進(jin)行(xing)測(ce)試,結(jie)果狀(zhuang)態正常。檢(jian)查(cha)被(bei)卡住的(de)(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)例(li)(li)減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)。發現液油中已有膠(jiao)質析出(chu),證明液壓(ya)(ya)油已變(bian)質,不(bu)能繼續使(shi)用(yong)。導致液壓(ya)(ya)油過早變(bian)質的(de)(de)(de)原因是,機器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)環境惡劣(lie),高寒缺氧和(he)溫升快等。由(you)排查(cha)這(zhe)一故(gu)障(zhang)可以得到一點啟示:挖掘機電子控制系統也(ye)有局限性,在(zai)利用(yong)機械自身的(de)(de)(de)給修模式進(jin)行(xing)故(gu)障(zhang)診斷時,一定要多(duo)方面、多(duo)角(jiao)度的(de)(de)(de)綜合(he)分析。綜合(he)利用(yong)各種檢(jian)測(ce)手(shou)段,前后相(xiang)互印證,切忌以點代(dai)面。
